The location was perfect. I felt secure leaving my things in the car. The friendly front desk staff made check-in easy, while the comfortable bed ensured a restful night.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the noise from the parking lot made it difficult to relax. The lack of coffee service also missed the mark.

Immaculately clean rooms with WiFi and coffee, exceptionally comfortable beds. Clean bathroom, super-friendly and accommodating staff. Particularly good location, within easy walking distance of Lahontan Valley Wetlands.

Request a first-floor room in advance, especially for late arrivals, to ensure easier access for those with mobility challenges.

But let's keep it real-had to navigate some funky furniture vibes scattered around the place. Got a little taste of a hoarder's paradise in the office. Not the best look! I requested first-floor digs but got shuttled upstairs, which isn't ideal for everyone.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival, the shower had hair in it, and there was a mildew smell from the shower curtain. The office staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and didn't address the issues properly.

I noticed minimal breakfast options that ran out too early, causing some disappointment amongst guests. The peeling paint in hallways and hints of mildew didn't help the overall appearance, either.
